Part-Time General Cleaner @ Queen Street (Bras Basah)

Scope of work

- You shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of assigned premises, including but not limited to commercial, office, and client sites as assigned by the Company.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties shall include, but are not limited to:

1) General Cleaning

- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors and surfaces;

- Cleaning of common areas, workspaces, restrooms, and designated areas;

- Wiping and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

2) Waste Management

- Collection, handling, and disposal of waste;

- Replacement of bin liners and maintaining cleanliness of waste disposal areas.

3) Restroom Cleaning

- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors;

- Replenishing toiletries such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

4) Equipment Handling

- Proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools;

- Safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

5) Hygiene and Safety

- Adhering to workplace safety guidelines and hygiene standards;

- Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where required;

- Reporting hazards, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

6) Work Deployment

- You may be assigned to different work locations, including client sites, based on operational requirements;

- You may be required to work in different environments (e.g. offices, public areas, commercial facilities)

Performance Expectations

You are expected to:

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times;

- Complete assigned tasks within the stipulated timeframe;

- Follow instructions from supervisors and management;

- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and responsibility.

Additional Duties

- You may be assigned additional duties from time to time as deemed reasonably necessary by the Company;

- Such duties shall be aligned with the nature of your role and within reasonable expectations.

工作范围

• 您须负责维持公司所分配场所的清洁、卫生与一般保养工作，包括但不限于商业场所、办公室及客户地点。

主要职责
您的职务包括但不限于以下各项：

1) 一般清洁

• 清扫、拖洗、吸尘及擦拭地板与各类表面；
• 清洁公共区域、办公区、厕所及指定区域；
• 擦拭并消毒高接触频率的表面。

2) 垃圾处理

• 收集、处理及清除垃圾；
• 更换垃圾袋，并保持垃圾处理区域的整洁。

3) 厕所清洁

• 清洗与消毒马桶、洗手盆、镜子及地板；
• 补充洗手液、卫生纸、擦手纸等卫浴用品。

4) 器材使用

• 正确使用及保养清洁器材与工具；
• 安全处理与存放清洁化学用品。

5) 卫生与安全

• 遵守工作场所安全指引与卫生标准；
• 在需要时穿戴适当的个人防护装备（PPE）；
• 及时报告任何危险状况、损坏或安全隐患。

6) 工作调派

• 公司可视运营需要，将您调派至不同的工作地点，包括客户场所；
• 您可能需要在不同环境中工作（例如：办公室、公共区域、商业设施）。

您须做到：

• 始终维持高水平的清洁与卫生标准；
• 在规定时限内完成所分配的工作；
• 遵从主管及管理层的指示；
• 展现可靠、守时与负责的工作态度。

其他职务

• 公司可不时在合理必要的情况下，安排您执行其他职务；
• 此类职务须与您的职位性质相符，并在合理范围之内。
