Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing and maintaining a high standard of nursing care to patients/residents.
• Support Registered Nurses in carrying out treatment plans and performing nursing procedures.
• Monitor patients’/residents’ conditions and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist in infection control, safety, and hygiene practices within the ward/unit.

Requirements

• NITEC in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
• Compassionate, responsible, and a good team player.
• Able to work shifts
