Position: Part-Time Service Advisor

Location: Bukit Batok

Work Schedule: 3 days a week

Employment Type: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Order stock from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Control: Check and monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies.
• Quotations: Prepare and provide accurate quotations to customers.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to services and parts.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in an administrative or automotive service-related role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive parts and inventory management is an advantage.
• Attitude: Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Availability: Must be able to work on a 3-day schedule
