Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions in Photography, Videography, and Graphic Design (Gen-AI) for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions through classroom teaching and hands-on workshops.

- Develop lesson plans, course materials, and resources tailored to diverse learning needs.

- Provide feedback and guidance to help learners achieve their learning outcomes.

- Stay updated on media trends, tools, and techniques to ensure course content remains relevant.

- Monitor learner progress and conduct assessments in line with training requirements.

- Work with the curriculum team to improve course offerings and maintain high training standards.

Job Requirements

- ACLP/ACTA certification is mandatory.

- Strong background in media (content creation, photography, -videography, social media, or digital marketing).

- Proficiency in at least one tool: Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Generative AI tools, BandLab, or DSLR/Mobile Photography.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage adult learners.

-Creative, adaptable, and able to tailor content to meet learner needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Portfolio or proof of past industry work.

Prior WSQ or corporate training experience.

Familiarity with tech-enabled delivery methods.

Flexibility to conduct evening and weekend training sessions.
