Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Part-Time Account Executive to manage basic accounting tasks and support financial reporting
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain financial integrity
- Prepare and maintain organized financial records to support accounting operations
- Assist in compiling monthly financial reports and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties to facilitate accounting processes and resolve issues
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in accounting roles to support financial task execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage financial data
- Familiarity with accounting software to perform data entry and reporting tasks
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Other Information
Working Schedule:
- 2 days per week
Salary:
- $1,200 – $1,800 (depending on experience)
