About the Role 关于职位

We are looking for an experienced English and/or Math tutor who is not just a great teacher, but also has the potential to grow into an academic leadership role. As our student base expands, this person will take on increasing responsibility — managing our teaching team, overseeing curriculum quality, and becoming our Academic Lead.

我们寻找的不只是一位优秀老师，更是一位有潜力成长为学术领导的人才。随着学生规模扩大，此人将逐步承担更多职责——管理教师团队、监督课程质量，最终成为我们的学术负责人。

Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Deliver engaging, effective lessons in for international school students （Prefer English and Math subjects, open to other subjects too)
• Prepare lesson materials and track student progress
• Communicate student progress to parents and the team
• Align teaching with international curricula (IB, Cambridge, IGCSE) /
• Support coordination of teaching team scheduling and communications
• Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance as the role grows

Requirements 任职要求

• Minimum 2 years teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with international school students
• Familiar with IB, Cambridge O/A Level, or IGCSE curriculum
• Patient, responsible, and able to communicate effectively with students and parents
