Job Summary

As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will engage customers and provide administrative support to customers and teachers, ensuring smooth centre operations with attention to detail and excellent service.

Required Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and communicative
• Meticulous and organised
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and time constraints
• Driven to make progress and produce excellent work
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)

Other Details of the Role

• Attractive compensation and benefits package
• Salary: $14 to $25 per hour
• Work Hours:

Tue: 11 am - 5.45 pm

Wed: 11 am - 5.45 pm

Thu: 11 am - 5.45 pm

Fri: 1 pm - 7.45 pm

Sun: 8.30 am - 12 pm

• Work location is at Beauty World Centre (Bukit Timah)
• Commitment period of 1 year
• Start Date: April 2026
