Job Description:

• Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required
• Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
• Ensure appeaking food presentation at all times
• Prepare and cook food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards
• Monitor food inventories and place orders
• Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times
• To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times
• Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate ability to work as a team
