IRB Law LLP invite applicants for an immediate full-time position of a Paralegal (General Litigation).

Applicants should have at least a paralegal diploma with at least one (1) year experience in a law firm.

Job requirements:

1. Knowledge of E-litigation and ICMS.

2. Legal research.

3. Customise precedents of court documents.

4. Drafting of correspondence and court documents.

5. Fast and accurate typing for recording court proceedings and

meeting attendance with clients.

6. A sound knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

7. Physical and Zoom Court attendances with Solicitor on case matters.

8. Prioritise work and meet deadlines.

9. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.

10.Hardworking and willingness to learn.

11.Upkeeping of case files by ensuring all physical and digital files are up-to-date.

12. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
