Job Summary

Grace Law LLC seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to support litigation practice by managing case files and assisting lawyers throughout case progression to ensure efficient case resolution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organise, and maintain case files and court documents to ensure accuracy and accessibility throughout litigation
• Draft correspondence, cost schedules, and basic legal documents under lawyer supervision to support case preparation
• Coordinate timely filing of documents using relevant e-litigation systems to comply with court requirements
• Liaise effectively with clients, court registries, and external parties to facilitate communication and case progress
• Support lawyers in preparing for hearings, mediations, and meetings by compiling necessary documents and information
• Perform general administrative duties related to case management to maintain smooth workflow and case tracking

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field
• Prior paralegal or law firm experience preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with e-litigation systems (e.g., eLitigation) is a plus
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
