Longstanding & well established law firm in Downtown (with branch in Toa Payoh)looking for Conveyancing Secretary to bring forth professional & meaningfullegal services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle conveyancing matters such as sales and purchase of properties, land transfers etc.
• Assist in data entry, filing, conducting title searches, invoicing and other administrative support.
• Preparation of legal documents
• Liaison with clients, banks and related parties to ensure completion of conveyancing procedure.

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team player and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Resourceful, able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Chinese speaking preferred
