Job Summary
Assist the director in planning and managing clinic procedures while supporting operational sales and administrative functions to drive business growth and deliver excellent patient service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the director to develop and implement standard operating procedures that enhance clinic efficiency and improve patient care quality
- Execute sales strategies and analyze performance metrics to support business development and achieve measurable growth within the healthcare setting
- Coordinate communication with clients and patients to ensure clear, professional engagement and effective service delivery
- Organize and manage operational sales activities to optimize clinic workflow and increase patient satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks accurately and promptly to maintain seamless clinic operations
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service by addressing patient needs and inquiries effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrated sales experience in healthcare or clinical environments with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Diploma or higher qualification in business management or relevant clinical certification
- Experience in hospitality contributing to strong interpersonal and organizational skills
