Job Summary

Assist the director in planning and managing clinic procedures while supporting operational sales and administrative functions to drive business growth and deliver excellent patient service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the director to develop and implement standard operating procedures that enhance clinic efficiency and improve patient care quality
• Execute sales strategies and analyze performance metrics to support business development and achieve measurable growth within the healthcare setting
• Coordinate communication with clients and patients to ensure clear, professional engagement and effective service delivery
• Organize and manage operational sales activities to optimize clinic workflow and increase patient satisfaction
• Perform administrative tasks accurately and promptly to maintain seamless clinic operations
• Deliver responsive and professional customer service by addressing patient needs and inquiries effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in healthcare or clinical environments with a proven track record of meeting targets
• Diploma or higher qualification in business management or relevant clinical certification
• Experience in hospitality contributing to strong interpersonal and organizational skills
