Job Summary

We seek a friendly, outgoing receptionist with childcare or paediatrics experience to manage patient communications, appointments, and clinic administration efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and clinic emails to support patient communication
• Provide clear and accurate phone advice to patients to assist with their inquiries
• Manage appointment bookings, including scheduling, rearranging, and confirming doctor’s calendar to optimize clinic flow
• Welcome and register patients efficiently to ensure smooth reception operations
• Enhance patient experience by coordinating services and addressing patient needs during visits
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records to support clinic supplies management
• Perform filing and administrative tasks to ensure organized and accessible patient and clinic records

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant as a clinic receptionist
• Skills: Strong administrative competency, professional interpersonal skills, and proficiency in clinical knowledge
• Attributes: A self-motivated team player with a friendly, service-oriented disposition.
