• Packing of pastry and bread items
• Check the quality and quality control of all the foods items to meet the food saftey standards.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workplace
• Washing and cleaning of workplace
• Able to cope with the food production environment
• Assist in other ad hoc duties when required
• Possess a good working attitude
• Ensure that all food is processed according to the corporate and government regulatory control in hygiene and sanitation standards
• Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and report to the management of any faulty equipment
