Position: Outdoor Catering Sales Manager
Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Catering Sales Manager to grow our catering business through corporate, private, and event sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and hospitality, enjoys building client relationships, and has a strong ability to generate revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase outdoor catering revenue
• Identify and secure new corporate and private catering clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, corporate accounts, and partners
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized catering packages
• Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Conduct site visits and client meetings
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Attend networking events, exhibitions, and food-related events to promote the brand

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, F&B, or events
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Good knowledge of outdoor catering operations and event coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
