Our parent manufacturing facility in China has been established since 2013, and we have successfully expanded our regional footprint with thriving business operations in Thailand and Malaysia. As part of our global expansion strategy, Singapore is our next major launchpad.

Job Summary

Drive new business growth by acquiring and managing B2B trade clients in Singapore’s flooring and interior fit-out industry. Conduct outdoor sales visits, negotiate deals, and build long-term client relationships to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new B2B clients including flooring contractors, interior design firms, and main contractors across Singapore
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and site walk-ins to present product samples directly to trade decision-makers
• Build and manage a pipeline of repeat business to secure ongoing bulk material orders
• Develop professional material solutions and negotiate pricing to close sales effectively
• Meet or exceed monthly outdoor sales targets and business development KPIs
• Maintain strong negotiation and relationship management skills to foster client loyalty

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in outdoor cold hunting, door-to-door corporate sales, or building materials/interior industry
• Demonstrated ability to perform cold approaches and close sales face-to-face
• Self-motivated and highly independent with a strong drive for sales incentives

Benefits

• Base salary: $3,000 - $3,500 + Commission
• Transport claims/allowance provided for outdoor travel
• Standard working hours, Monday to Friday
