Processing of Customer Engineering Requests (CERs)

Monitors the input, registration, forwarding and defined throughput time of CER's Creates the pricing for CER's based on specifications of the product line and answers the CER

Issues the CER quote and directs it within 24 hrs of receiving the information to the CER applicant

Performs for CER's relevant statistics and analysis

Technical coordination of customer orders

Creates the machine files (internal order documentation) for IMO's (InternalMachineOrders), machine and module orders

Execution of Change Orders   
Creates the necessary software licenses using the internal software tool "Option Manager" in accordance with customer orders

General

Handling of IMOs according to the defined process

Lead customer projects

Deputy role within the department

Education Diploma in engineering Commercial education advantageous

Work experience 

• Several years of experience in an international,customer-oriented environment
• Experience in pricing definition and issuing quotations

Expertise and methodology

• Technical and methodological expertise    Good user knowledge of standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of PLM (Agile of Oracle)  Good / very good technical understanding, goodproduct knowledge Very good knowledge of the company's internal processes
