Period: 1 year contract

Location: Tuas Avenue (Near Tuas West MRT)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 7:30am-5:15pm

Salary: $1800 – $2500

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders accurately
• Generate and manage order documentation (e.g., packing slips, invoices, shipping labels)
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure the correct items are picked, packed, and shipped
• Ensure all customer orders are processed within the specified time frame
• Answer phone calls and emails related to order inquiries or issues
• Maintain accurate databases of orders and shipments
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, or monthly reports on order status, inventory levels, and shipping activities
• Assist in managing returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
• Liaise between warehouse teams, customers, and other departments to ensure effective order fulfillment
• Adhere to warehouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards related to shipping, handling, and storage

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse administration, order processing, or logistics is preferred
• Basic understanding of inventory management and order processing
