about the job:
As the SaaS Authorization & Security Lead, you will be the primary architect and custodian of the security workstream for a large-scale Oracle HCM (Fusion) implementation. Your role is to ensure that the global access model is secure, compliant, and perfectly aligned with business needs. Your key responsibilities include: 

• Define the overarching RBAC framework and authorization principles, ensuring all job, duty, and data roles adhere to strict internal and regulatory standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert in client-facing sessions, translating complex business requirements into functional security designs and decision logs.
• Oversee the end-to-end configuration within the Oracle Security Console, managing data security policies across Core HR, Payroll, and Talent modules.
• Establish Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices, lead remediation efforts, and ensure the system is fully prepared for internal and external audits.
• TLead and provide quality assurance for a dedicated team of security consultants, managing resource allocation and delivery timelines.
• Drive the security testing strategy for SIT/UAT phases and manage the stabilization of access controls during the post-go-live hypercare period.

skills and experience required:

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Security, including a proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle global implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion security architecture, including Abstract Roles, Security Profiles (Person, Payroll, LDG), and the Oracle Security Console.
• Module Proficiency: A broad understanding of the Oracle HCM suite (e.g., Absence, Recruitment, Workforce Management) and how security interacts across these functions.
• Strong expertise in SoD conflict management and experience working alongside Audit and Risk functions to validate control objectives.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to chair workshops and present technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.
• Prior experience managing and coaching junior/mid-level consultants in a project or consulting environment.
• Professional certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM or Security are highly advantageous.
