We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and inspire our operations team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, allocation, and monitoring of resources across multiple projects to ensure productivity and efficiency. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high safety standards, and support continuous improvement in workforce capabilities.

Manage and delegate a team of operations personnel to:

• Resource Management
• Consolidate and manage work schedules of all projects and determine the required resources
• Ensure the proper allocation of team resource such as Manpower, Materials and Equipment across all projects
• Through resource management, optimise productivity and prevent wastage
• Take steps to improve manpower retention and work force capabilities, competencies and experience.

Operations Monitoring

• Through various means such as technology, conduct active monitoring of operations as the day's work progress
• Constantly improve communication between project and operation teams
• Conduct site visits regularly to assess and improve work quality

Safety

• Work together with Safety team to improve safety standards of the department
• Through surveillance, ensure all safety rules and regulations are strictly adhered to during site operations
• Together with Safety team, ensure teams strictly comply to safety rules and regulations, and to take enforcement action without prejudice for any noncompliance

Formulation of policies and structures

• Analyse current workflows and procedures to formulate and construct necessary policies and structures to address any gaps in the above work scope

Others:

• During unexpected crisis, take ownership and be responsive. Handle it promptly and ensure proper communications to stakeholders
• Other ad-hoc duties related to operations, as and when necessary

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably within infrastructure, construction, or project-based environments.
• Strong experience in resource management, project coordination, and team supervision with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on operational efficiency and quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and operational standards is an advantage.
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license

• Work Schedule: 6-day work week.
