In the Operations Manager role, you will be responsible for defining andimproving operational policies and procedures. You will be a key contributor toensuring strategic decision making aligns with corporate goals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailedanalyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data andidentifying areas for improvement
• Devise newapproaches to improve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness while meeting qualityobjectives
• Work withmanagement on budgeting, planning and reporting requirements
• Create financialforecasts for key operational initiatives
• Regularlycommunicate with operating teams and management to present ideas, new processesand analytic based findings
• Provide assistancein setting staffing levels consistent with budget constraints and departmentalneeds
• Direct, manage,train and mentor operations department team members
• Work closely withkey company teams and functional areas
