Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of operational projects that enhance business efficiency and client engagement
• Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery
• Monitor operational and business performance metrics while preparing reports for management review
• Work closely with internal teams to improve processes, service quality, and overall operational effectiveness
• Analyse business data and client engagement trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Participate in meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups on operational and business initiatives
• Support operational planning, resource coordination, and implementation of strategic business initiatives
• Assist in maintaining client relationships, supporting business development activities, and ensuring high service standards

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to take on new challenges
• A keen interest in business, finance, or consulting-related fields
