• 5-day work week, 8:30am – 6pm

Responsibilities

• Track stock levels of locks, spare parts, and demo units; update inventory system and ensure timely replenishment.
• Receive, unpack, and organize supplier deliveries; maintain a clean and organized warehouse and perform basic testing of demo units.
• Handle replacement requests from Ops /customers / resellers; verify part numbers, quantities, and details; package parts and prepare required documentation.
• Submit replacement orders to suppliers, track shipment status, maintain logs for auditing, and escalate unclear requests promptly.
• Prepare items for installations and support operations team on urgent installation or reseller issues, including peak periods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records; provide updates on stock levels, replacement orders, and highlight potential delays.

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with accuracy in parts collation.
• Comfortable handling physical stock and packaging tasks.
• Tech-savvy to update inventory spreadsheets or management systems.
• Able to support operational tasks including installation preparation and emergency support.
• Strong sense of responsibility and follow-through, with understanding of the critical nature of parts replacement for customer satisfaction.
