Full Job Description

We are an event Audio Visual (AV) equipment rental and event production company operating in a fast-paced environment where multiple jobs run daily.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on execution. You will be responsible for running daily operations — including job scheduling, manpower deployment and real-time coordination.

This role is similar to operations control roles in logistics, transport coordination or live event environments.

You will act as the central control point managing multiple live jobs simultaneously.

You will handle multiple jobs at once, making real-time decisions under time pressure and managing last-minute changes to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work closely with customer service, drivers and AV crew to ensure all jobs are executed as planned.

There are established workflows in place, but daily operations involve frequent changes and require adaptability and fast decision-making.

You will also be expected to identify gaps and gradually improve workflows to make operations more efficient over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily job schedules (delivery, setup, teardown)
• Assign crew timings and manpower deployment
• Handle real-time issues (delays, manpower shortages, last-minute changes)
• Coordinate drivers, AV crew and customer service teams
• Ensure schedules and manpower plans are accurate and executable
• Review upcoming jobs for manpower and equipment readiness
• Act as central control point for daily operations
• Enforce SOPs and maintain operational discipline
• Identify gaps and improve workflows over time
• Step in on-site when required to resolve issues

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations coordination involving logistics, scheduling or manpower deployment
• Experience coordinating drivers, technicians or operational crews
• Proven ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously under pressure
• Able to make operational decisions independently in real-time
• Calm under pressure and able to handle fast-moving situations
• Highly responsive and able to manage multiple ongoing issues
• Clear communication skills
• Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets and operational systems
• Demonstrated ability to commit and perform consistently in previous roles

Working Conditions

• 5.5-day work week
• Rest day typically Tuesday
• Weekend operations required
• Fast-paced environment with frequent last-minute changes

Additional Information

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
• No work pass sponsorship available
• Salary: $3,300 – $3,800 (depending on experience)
• Position available immediately
