Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of outcomes, reports, and deliverables
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive project progress and alignment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and ensuring transparency throughout project lifecycles
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively
• Gather feedback across departments and support continuous process improvements
• Prepare and present updates, ensuring all relevant information is shared in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day operational activities and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced setting
• Prior relevant experience is advantageous; training will be provided
