Job Summary:

Join us as an Operations Executive and play a key role in supporting back-office operations within a fund management environment. You will be responsible for trade reconciliation, NAV reporting, position monitoring, and general administrative functions. Responsibilities:

• Perform trade position and profit & loss (P&L) reconciliation.
• Update purchase orders (PO) and initial public offering (IPO) records.
• Prepare net asset value (NAV) reports and generate estimated NAV.
• Conduct checks on stock borrowings, large shareholdings, and short positions.
• Prepare foreign exchange (FX) hedge rollovers or adjustments.
• Assist with expense claim preparation and general administrative support.
• Carry out administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant back-office operations experience in a fund management environment.
• Proven experience or knowledge in NAV reporting and P&L reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work according to the Japanese business calendar and operational hours (e.g. public holidays may differ, working hours from 7:00am to 5:00pm).
• Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
