Job Description:

Assist in back-office operations including but not limited to:

• Perform trade position and PL reconciliation

• Update PO and IPO

• Prepare NAV report

• Generate estimated NAV

• Perform checks on stock borrow, large shareholding, short position

• Prepare FX hedge rollover or adjustment
  

Assist in administrative matters including but not limited to:

• Expenses claims preparation

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Director

• Any other administrative matters
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma and above

• Minimum 1 year of working experience

• Prefer experience in back-office operations at fund management company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) application
