Production & Workflow Management

• Manage and monitor warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventorycontrol, and issuance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of stock movements.
• Support project management activities related to warehouse expansion, system upgrade,and process improvements.

Regulatory Compliance & WSHE (Workplace Safety, Health, Environment)

• Champion Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Maintain safety protocols for handling hazardous materials (e.g., leaking batteries)
• Manage the General Waste Collector (GWC) licenses and ensure all e-waste movements are via the NEA e-tracking system.

Logistics Coordination

• Manage inventory levels of processed materials ready for export or downstream sale.

Risk Management Duties

• Monitor strict storage protocols for Lithium-ion batteries to prevent spontaneous combustion.
• Oversee the shopfloor workplace hazard and ensure all employees adhere to safety precautions.
• Act as key member of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT). Conduct regular fire drills and “Leaking Battery” containment simulations.

Requirements: Knowledge, Experience & Behavior

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experiences in warehouse/operations field. Experience with Lithium-ion batteries is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act.
• Abilities to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
