Job Summary

Join a fast-paced team as an Operations Executive, driving seamless daily operations by managing facilities, vehicles, and event logistics. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain safe, efficient environments and deliver impactful retail and event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage company property, facilities, vehicles, and equipment by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve maintenance, lease, and operational issues
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve facility and equipment performance
• Obtain and evaluate cost estimates and quotations from vendors and contractors for proposed maintenance and improvement projects
• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure operational continuity and safety
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure high-quality completion of work aligned with company standards
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing company events to enhance engagement and operational success
• Support initiatives to develop experiential retail spaces that elevate customer experience
• Continuously review and update Standard Operating Procedures to align with industry best practices and improve operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and timely issue resolution
• Demonstrate proactive time and self-management to meet operational demands and deadlines
• Adapt to changing priorities with a professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute hands-on

Required competencies and certifications

• Local Class 3 driving license (mandatory for vehicle management duties)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience operating 10-foot lorries and manual transmission vehicles to support logistics and transport needs
• Forklift license to assist with equipment handling and warehouse operations
• Background in facilities management, construction, project management, or landscaping to enhance operational oversight
