Job Title: Operations Executive (Spiritual Retail & Cultural Products)

Monthly Salary: $7,500 - $9,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

●     Oversee end-to-end operations, stock intake, quality checks, and storage optimization for specialized spiritual items, personal effects, and ritual supplies.

●     Implement robust inventory control systems to track stock movement, prevent shrinkage, and maintain optimal stock levels.

●     Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch for retail customers and consultation clients.

●     Coordinate with foreign suppliers and logistics vendors for seamless import and customs clearance of spiritual inventory.

2. Cultural & Astrological Inventory Curation

●     Categorize and align inventory based on traditional Hindu calendars and major festival cycles.

●     Manage stock readiness ahead of key Hindu religious festivals, auspicious dates and ritual seasons.

●     Active on product selection suitable for specific client spiritual requirements, Saiva traditions and Pranic Healing consultations.

3. Systems & Digital Operations

●     Maintain and update the product management system enterprise software, and inventory databases.

●     Leverage IT systems to generate stock analysis, demand forecasting, and sales alignment reports.

●     Identify and implement digital process improvements in logistics and stock tracking.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

●     Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical discipline.

●     Experience: Hands-on experience in warehousing operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

●     Technical & IT Skills: Proficient in IT applications, inventory management software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

●     Domain Knowledge:

○     Basic knowledge of Astrology, Saiva principles and major Hindu festivals.

○     Operational understanding of client requirements regarding auspicious days/dates for inventory preparation and distribution.

●     Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities in a dynamic retail/spiritual goods environment.
