Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure efficient inventory management, production support and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely fulfilment of operational requirements.
• Work closely with the production, procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Plan warehouse space utilisation to maximise storage efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and quality standards.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare operational reports, inventory reports and KPI tracking.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
• Train and guide warehouse personnel on operational procedures and safety practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
