Job Description

Position Overview:

Hysses Singapore is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our Retail Operations Team! In this role, you will be actively involved in retail staff training, store operations, visual merchandising, inventory management, customer engagement, and sales support. You will also work closely with HR, Creative, Marketing, and Management teams to provide operational feedback and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

•Support the Operations Manager in managing day‑to‑day retail operations and administrative matters.

•Conduct and lead retail staff training, including on‑the‑job, structured, and continuous product training, for both local teams and overseas franchise partners.

•Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores, including seasonal displays and promotional roll‑outs.

•Support new store openings, renovations, and store set‑ups in coordination with internal teams and mall management.

•Conduct store audits, stock takes, and operational checks to ensure compliance, stock accuracy, and high store standards.

•Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to processes and standard operating procedures.

•Support manpower planning, staff deployment, and retail operational readiness.

•Collaborate with Marketing on retail workshops, product launches, and customer engagement events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field preferred. At least 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, training, or visual merchandising.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective feedback and work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, Creative, and Management teams.

•Ability to identify operational challenges, recommend improvements, and contribute to SOP development.

•Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

•Willing to work in a retail environment and follow retail operating hours.
