We are sourcing an Operations Executive for deployment at a secondary school in Geylang East. This is a full-time contract role from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2027 (17 months), working Monday to Friday during school operational hours.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• Friday: 6:30am – 3:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
• No work on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day school operations, including supervising and managing on-site activities
• Plan and organise manpower deployment for operational needs
• Lead, guide, and mentor junior officers and support staff
• Carry out minor repair and maintenance work on school premises
• Conduct routine building inspections to identify faults and ensure a safe, well-maintained environment
• Accompany and supervise contractors on-site during repair and maintenance works
• Manage security and access control at school gates, including the drop-off/pick-up point along Aljunied Road

Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, or building maintenance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective team player
• Meticulous, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced school environment
• Singaporeans and PRs preferred
