Production Specialist , (NO EXP needed) 3k – 5k, + completion bonus

The company holds multiple world solar efficiency records across multiple device structures and sizes while demonstrating robust industrial capabilities through ASEAN’s largest perovskite production line in Singapore.

In this position you will play an integral part of the team with highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ for our clients across all types of industrial projects, This role offers the opportunity to specialize in Open Lab operations with trainings provided for those without experiences

Job Description (Shift require, NO overnight duties)

• Machine operation on a pilot line of perovskite photovoltaic modules
• Conduct routine testing of perovskite solar cells.
• Packing of finished goods.
• Cleaning of workstation
• Coordinate and manage daily operational activities related to container and freight transportation
• Liaise with customers, drivers, port operators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and process operational documents, including job orders, delivery schedules, and transport records
• Monitor shipment status and handle operational issues or delays promptly
• Perform servicing (maintenance),repairing (troubleshooting) and replacement (Installation) of the equipment’s where appropriate.       
• Able to identify safety hazards and propose corrective action.
• Support device fabrication processes under engineers' guidance.

Requirements

• ITS  /  Energy and Chemicals (Diploma in Engineering / material science)
• On Site work with west area transport pick up
• Able to communicate in mandarin due to business needs
• Shift hours , able to carry up to 10kg
