1.     Responsible for the availability, performance optimization, and continuous delivery of the pharmaceutical collaboration SaaS platform hosted on AWS.

2.     Handle operational incidents and requests, continuously improving operational service capabilities through effective solutions, covering day-to-day operations, storage, networking, databases, and middleware.

3.     Stay updated with new public cloud operation technologies and drive their adoption to enhance overall operational efficiency and capabilities.

4.     Write and maintain infrastructure operations documentation, including technical documents in both English and Chinese.

Collaborate with global teams, using both Chinese and English for technical communication, issue alignment, and reporting.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with
1.      3+ years of hands-on Linux system operationsexperience.

2.     Familiar with SaaS platform architecture; experience in small to medium-scale cluster operations is a plus.

3.     Proficient in capacity planning, architecture design, performance tuning, andoperations automation.

4.     Experienced with EKS, messaging and caching middleware (e.g., Redis, Kafka); hands-on experience with AWS public cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.) is preferred.

5.     Basic database operations capability – familiar with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL, able to work with development teams on backup &recovery, slow query analysis, high availability configuration, and other common database operational tasks.

6.     Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Shell, Python,Go); DevOps experience is a plus.

7.     Strong communication awareness, service orientation, sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and team spirit.

Fluent in both English and Chinese; excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages, able to write technical documents, participate in technical meetings, and collaborate with overseas teams in English.
