Job Description:

- Assist in the development and execution of operational plans to drive efficiency and improve service delivery.

- Oversee the daily operations of the CSC Mechanical Systems Team and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for upper management, highlighting trends and suggesting actionable strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a mechanical engineering or operations environment.

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance processes.

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
