Job Summary
An Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations Team in ensuring smooth vessel operations throughout the fleet.
The Position
Operations Assistant: This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
Some common duties of an Operations Coordinator may include:

- Assist in updating job schedule on daily basis.
- Provide timely updates and ETA reports of vessel promptly.
- Maintaining an organized filing system, managing records, and updating databases.
- Coordinating with clients and agents to gather the necessary information on vessel updates.
- Maintain close contact with ship agencies for timely updates.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as and when required.
Overall, an Operations Coordinator should be able to multitask, work independently, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This role plays a crucial role in the safe and smooth functioning of the operations department.
