Seeking candidates with passion in providing an efficient and reliable shipping & freight forwarding experience to our valuable customers.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle shipment bookings and coordination
• Check requirements with relevant parties to ensure all the appropriate documents (eg insurance, licences, customs forms, PM4 applications) are in order
• Prepare and generate documents such as Cargo Manifest, Bill of Lading, Customs Permits for Import/Export/Transshipment
• Prepare Delivery Orders and/or Shipping Orders
• Liaise with relevant parties on cargo conditions/cargo movements/equipment (containers, trailers, lowbeds, lorries) requirements etc
• Booking of berth
• Handle vessel crew matters
• Perform administrative functions such as photocopying of documents and filing of records
• Generate reports as required by various agencies

Job requirements:

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent
• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good follow-up skills
• Able to work overtime as and when required
• Class 3 Driving Licence will be an advantage

Work location is inside Jurong Port Singapore. Transport will be provided to and from Lakeside MRT station. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
