Operations Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Temp Staff to support municipal ground operations and performance reviews of Integrated Operators. This role offers hands-on exposure to site operations and collaboration with various agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ground audits across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and minimising false positives
• Participate in joint site inspections with agencies and operators
• Carry out site surveys and gather information on hotspots and escalated cases
• Support internal assessments and follow-up actions
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Committed to maintaining high standards of municipal services
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Able to use tablets (e.g., iPad) for data input
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Working Hours

• Weekdays only
• 4 days: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 1 day: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $16/hour
• Weekly transport allowance: $18.90
