About the Role

We are hiring an Operations Analyst to support process improvement and digital transformation initiatives within a logistics and warehouse environment. This role is idealfor individuals who enjoy analysing operations, driving efficiency, and workingclosely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Improvement & Optimisation

• Analyse warehouse and administrative processes to identify areas for improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, safety, and sustainability
• Implement solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies and waste

2. Data Analysis& Digitalisation

• Utilise digital tools and data analytics to improve operational performance
• Support the implementation of automation and digital solutions (e.g.dashboards, workflow tools)
• Monitor performance metrics and track improvement outcomes

3. StakeholderEngagement

• Work closely with operations teams to understand challenges and improvementopportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project implementation
• Present improvement initiatives and proposals to customers for approval

4. Project Management

• Lead or support continuous improvement projects from planning to execution
• Ensure projects meet defined timelines, cost-saving, and performancetargets
• Track and report progress on improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing
• Exposure to tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, or Python isan advantage
