Salary: Up to $3500
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Monday- Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Key Duties

• Prepared and processed invoices and shipping documentation for overseas customers accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinated and followed up with shippers, consignees, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Verified shipment details upon receipt to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements
• Liaised with headquarters, affiliated companies, and distributors for operational coordination and updates
• Coordinated inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and warehouse vendors
• Arranged transportation between warehouse and site installation teams to support project and delivery schedules
• Maintained accurate inventory records, including stock movement, storage tracking, and warehouse documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics or warehouse coordination
• Experience liaising with vendor warehouses and freight forwarders for shipment management
• Possess a valid forklift license
