Job Scope:

• Assist in monitoring client’s payment status, collecting receivables and finalizing project accounts for completed projects
• Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial and inventory reports to management
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Department to prepare quotations
• Assist in project delivery by receiving client’s purchase orders, issuing delivery orders and return forms, arranging for equipment testing and maintenance, responding to client’s requests where necessary
• Assist in preparation of progress claims and invoices, and verifying details with clients
• Other ad-hoc duties when required or as instructed

Requirement:

• O Level / Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
