All Clenz Maintenance is a fast-growing tech-driven facility management company transforming the cleaning industry through technology, automation, and smart operations.

We manage 100+ service locations across Singapore, serving offices, commercial buildings, and institutions. As we scale, we are looking for an Operations & Growth Intern who wants real startup exposure and hands-on experience in building and scaling service operations.

This internship is ideal for students interested in operations, business growth, startups, and entrepreneurship.

What You Will Work On

Operations Management

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Support deployment planning for cleaners and floater staff
• Monitor service quality and follow up on client feedback
• Assist in improving internal SOPs and operational processes

Business Growth

• Support lead generation and partnership outreach
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis
• Work on marketing initiatives (LinkedIn, outreach campaigns, etc.)
• Help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Startup Exposure

• Work directly with the Founder
• Learn how service businesses scale operations
• Gain insight into automation, robotics, and tech integration in facility management

What We Are Looking For

• Undergraduate / Polytechnic student (Business, Operations, Entrepreneurship, or related fields)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
