We are looking for Operations & Automation Support Executive to support the implementation of automation and AI tools to improve operational processes. This role focuses on system support, data accuracy, digital tracking, and process documentation, and is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with digital tools and keen to learn automation and AI solutions.

📍 Location: North Region
🕘 Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am –5.30pm
💰 Salary: Up to $2600/Month

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of automation and AI tools to improve application and review processes.
• Set up and maintain digital forms, trackers, dashboards, and automated communications based on operational requirements.
• Assist in configuring AI-enabled tools for application screening, information extraction, and preparation of draft outputs for internal review.
• Manage and update application and review tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and proper version control.
• Provide day-to-day system and operational support, including basic troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Maintain clear process documentation and handover notes to ensure continuity.
• Perform other operational support tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiar with automation and AI tools; comfortable working with digital systems.
• Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams
