Job Description
This role supports the company’s daily transport operations by ensuring accurate scheduling, smooth coordination, and proper administrative control. The Operations & Administrative Executive works closely with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure jobs are executed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update job scheduling and operational systems accurately
Support daily transport operations, including trip coordination and confirmations
Liaise with drivers, vendors, and clients on schedules, changes, and operational matters
Prepare and handle operational documents such as job sheets, quotations, and invoices
Ensure records, data, and documentation are properly maintained
Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate when required
Support improvements to workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
