Our client is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across their logistics and supply chain operations. In this role, the successful applicant would lead business process transformation, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across business units using Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), and Change Management methodologies

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness

• Analyse existing warehouse and supply chain processes to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate operational waste

• Facilitate business process redesign, workflow optimisation, and job redesign initiatives

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation, digitalisation, and technology-driven process improvements

• Develop business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and monitor project performance against timelines and budgets

• Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

• Support and maintain ISO management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant certification and accreditation standards

• Monitor project outcomes and establish performance metrics to sustain continuous improvement initiatives

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and long-term business transformation programmes

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Process Improvement

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven experience delivering process improvement projects

• Strong knowledge of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and Change Management methodologies

• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be an advantage

• Good understanding of ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and certification requirements

• Experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or related operational environments is highly preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organisational change
