Job Description

• Perform administrative duties, including clerical tasks and office inventory/supply management.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and policies.
• Maintain client relationships and support planning of client visits.
• Conduct market research and support management with analysis.
• Review and analyse periodic NAV reports.
• Maintain and update fund and internal documentation.
• Support cross-functional business operations.
• Assist with KYC/AML processing and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in administrative, operations, or fund management support, and a basic understanding of fund operations, NAV reporting, and KYC/AML requirements, will be preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and adherence to compliance standards.
