Requirement:

   Description

   • Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise loading, unloading, dispatching, and routing of freight trucks to ensure timely deliveries.

   • Team Management: Lead drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatchers; assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.

   • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, driver hours-of-service rules, and company safety policies.

   • Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, resolve delivery issues, and maintain service-level agreements.

   • Resource Allocation: Optimize truck utilization, fuel efficiency, and manpower scheduling.

   • Reporting & KPIs: Track delivery times, freight volumes, and operational costs; prepare reports for management.

   • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement logistics solutions, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
