About the role

We are looking for a steady and responsible person to take care of a small VR arcade outlet. The outlet is not extremely busy, but the standard must be maintained every day. You must be punctual, organised, customer-friendly, and comfortable working alone.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the outlet
• Prepare and charge VR headsets
• Reset rooms after customers
• Keep the outlet clean and presentable
• Handle bookings and walk-in customers
• Explain VR games to customers
• Report any equipment issues early
• Learn to troubleshoot system issues
• Send simple daily photo/report updates

• Willing to learn and participate fully in our structured 3-month training program.
• Responsible and punctual
• Calm and patient with customers
• Able to follow checklist
• Not afraid to do cleaning and basic hands-on work
• Must be able to work weekends/public holidays
