This position reports to the clinic's chief medical herbalist and naturopathic doctor and interfaces with the clients.  The role is to support good customer relations, ensure and adopt continuous improvement in service standards, ensure all operational processes run smoothly and cost-efficiently, manage inventory and orders, and provide technical support for the medical herbalist. The officer is expected to be digitally savvy and have the skills in various operational processes in a clinical setting.
